I have always lived by the idea that, the further up the ladder you go, the further out you should see. I really enjoying working towards a long term goal of improvement, change, and seeing new ways to help clients transform their business. My life has been a lesson in human behavior. I have been fortunate to work all around the world, where I have learnt so much about what unites humans and the way we act. 

I was born in Bulawayo Zimbabwe where I lived until the 2nd year of elementary school, when we immigrated to Perth Australia. I lived in Australia until I was 25 and then moved to Singapore for 5 years, Amsterdam for 7, Berlin for 5 and Los Angeles for 10. 

For the past 10 years I have been working for Saatchi & Saatchi North America as their Chief Creative Officer on multiple accounts, including the Toyota business (Publicis’s biggest advertising account). I lead an agency of over 600 across multiple cities including LA, Dallas and New York. I am also in charge of uniting 4 other agencies across our T2 system. These include, Burrell (African American), Conill (Hispanic), Intertrend (Asian American and Saatchi (total market).

Along the way I have enjoyed passing on my skills including writing 3 books, mentoring diverse new directors for the CDDP program, and working at various Ad schools.
